Once the batch is sent to our manufacturer, production and delivery to our UK warehouse usually takes around 3–4 weeks. As soon as it arrives, we’ll get your order packed and dispatched to you as quickly as possible.

No. That’s our job. We handle the manufacturer, international payments, production, shipping, customs and import paperwork. You simply order through Lash Oasis Trade and we take care of the complicated part.

For UK and US customers, what you see at checkout is what you pay. UK orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, while US orders are shipped DDP, meaning duties and import charges are handled for you by us.

Our minimum is just 1 unit per product variation.

1 unit = 10,000 fans = 10 boxes × 1,000 fans.

So, for example, if you order one unit of 5D 0.07 C Curl 10mm, you’ll receive 10 boxes containing 1,000 fans each. No complicated factory quantities to work out.

No. Each variation has its own 1-unit minimum.

For example, 5 boxes of C Curl + 5 boxes of D Curl cannot be combined to make one unit. Each curl, length and fan variation you choose must be ordered as its own unit of 10 boxes.

We send approximately one production batch every two weeks. Your expected cut-off date will be shown when ordering.

From the date your batch enters production, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery to our UK warehouse, followed by dispatch to you.

These times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Manufacturing and international freight can occasionally experience delays, so please order with this in mind.
