Are these the same Promade Fans Lash Oasis used to sell?

Yes! These are the exact Promade Fans Lash Oasis was known for, from the same manufacturer and with the same quality. The difference? They’re now available unbranded and at near-factory prices through Lash Oasis Trade.

How can you offer near-factory prices?

We batch everyone’s orders together, giving you the buying power of a much larger lash brand without the huge minimum order. No expensive retail packaging or unnecessary mark-ups. Just the product.

How does made-to-order work?

We batch orders approximately every two weeks, with each cut-off date clearly displayed on our website.

Once the batch is sent to our manufacturer, production and delivery to our UK warehouse usually takes around 3–4 weeks. As soon as it arrives, we’ll get your order packed and dispatched to you as quickly as possible.

These are estimated times, not guaranteed. Production, customs and international shipping delays can happen and are a normal part of manufacturing made-to-order products.

Do I need to deal with the factory or import anything myself?

No. That’s our job. We handle the manufacturer, international payments, production, shipping, customs and import paperwork. You simply order through Lash Oasis Trade and we take care of the complicated part.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?

For UK and US customers, what you see at checkout is what you pay. UK orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, while US orders are shipped DDP, meaning duties and import charges are handled for you by us.

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum is just 1 unit per product variation.

1 unit = 10,000 fans = 10 boxes × 1,000 fans.

So, for example, if you order one unit of 5D 0.07 C Curl 10mm, you’ll receive 10 boxes containing 1,000 fans each. No complicated factory quantities to work out.

Can I mix different variations to make up one unit?

No. Each variation has its own 1-unit minimum.

For example, 5 boxes of C Curl + 5 boxes of D Curl cannot be combined to make one unit. Each curl, length and fan variation you choose must be ordered as its own unit of 10 boxes.

How long will my order take?

We send approximately one production batch every two weeks. Your expected cut-off date will be shown when ordering.

From the date your batch enters production, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery to our UK warehouse, followed by dispatch to you.

These times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Manufacturing and international freight can occasionally experience delays, so please order with this in mind.

Why do the Promade Fans come unbranded?

Because every piece of packaging costs money, and ultimately you pay for it.

We’ve stripped away expensive branded packaging so you’re paying for the quality of the fans themselves. It also means businesses wanting to resell them have the freedom to add their own branding and packaging.

Can I resell the Promade Fans under my own brand?

Yes! Our Promade Fans are supplied in simple, unbranded bulk packaging, so you can repackage and sell them under your own brand.

Can I buy them just to use in my salon?

Absolutely. You don’t need to resell them.

Buying in bulk can significantly reduce your cost per treatment, making Lash Oasis Trade ideal for busy lash artists, salons and academies that already use large quantities of Promade Fans.

Can I order samples first?

We don’t currently offer samples. These are the same Promade Fans Lash Oasis sold for years, with a quality already tried and trusted by thousands of lash artists.

Lash Oasis Trade simply gives businesses a new way to access them at much lower prices.

Can I cancel, change or return my made-to-order purchase?

Because your products are ordered specifically for you, orders are final once placed and cannot normally be cancelled, changed or refunded.

Please double-check your variations and quantities carefully before placing your order.

If you realise you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately and we’ll always do our best to help. However, once your order has entered our production process, changes may not be possible.
